MEET TRACON HAWKINS


I’m a young entrepreneur and dedicated fitness professional based in Nashville, TN. While I’ve always had a competitive spirit, my true passion for personal training and strength & conditioning emerged during my freshman year of college—after I gained 28 pounds. The “Freshman 15” was very real for me. That moment became a turning point; I began working out consistently and quickly developed a deep love for fitness. That passion is what has propelled me to where I am today.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Kinesiology and Human Movement from Austin Peay State University. I am also a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.

My long-term goal is to open my own gym: P KEY FITNESS—short for Patience is Key Fitness. This philosophy extends beyond just fitness; it’s a life principle. I aim to guide athletes and individuals who are committed to transforming their bodies and lifestyles through structured, evidence-based training and sustainable habits.

I believe that true transformation begins with the mind. Once the mindset is right, the body will follow. With my tested training methods and your dedication, we can achieve lasting, life-changing results.
